Career Day

The career day is one of the core activities of the FEBS-IUBMB-ENABLE events and participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional future as young scientists. At the 2024 FEBS-IUBMB-ENABLE we will make sure to cover the aspects we believe are critical, especially in our career chats.

Participants will have the chance to broaden their horizons and expand their capabilities through three complementary career activities: insightful discussions with experts from different career paths in the career chats session, workshops aimed at building new skills, and a panel discussion featuring leaders in the healthcare and artificial intelligence startups in the region.

Career Sharing Sessions

In this parallel session, PhD graduates who have successfully transitioned into diverse career paths will share their experiences and insights in navigating various fields, such as education, cybersecurity and bioinformatics both in academia and beyond academia. Participants will get the chance to interact with the speakers and hear from their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in their respective careers. Join us to explore and identify the paths that align with your interests and aspirations!
